Walk-In-Interview, Central Soil & Water Conservation Research & Training Institute



The Central Soil & Water Conservation Research & Training Institute (CS&WR&TI) is inviting applications for walk-in-interview for one temporary position of Research Associate under Institute Technology Management Unit. The interview is scheduled to be held on 26.02.2010 at 11 a.m. the job will purely contract basis and restricted up to the time needed for the Project.

The selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs. 17000/- + HRA (for M.Sc) and Rs.18000/-+ HRA (for Ph.D).

The qualification required is:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Agriculture/Botany/Forestry/Agro forestry with 2 years research/teaching experience in relevant area of work.

Or Ph.D in Agriculture/Botany/Forestry with exposure in the relevant field.

Computer knowledge, diploma/degree in IP Management and knowledge of IPRS/patents is desirable.

The duration of the Project will be up to 31-03-2010 which may be extended on year to year basis.

The selected candidate will be posted at Dehradun and will stay at its Regional Centres so that he/she can collect information from time to time.

The maximum age of the applicants should be 40 years for Men and 45 years for Women. However there is relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rules.

It is to be noted that the position is purely temporary.

Eligible candidates must attend the interview along with their complete bio-data, attested copies of their certificates/marksheets and all the necessary documents.

Employed persons should bring with them No Objection Certificate from their employer while coming for the interview.
